No more using Yahoo or Gmail for your steno email address. It’s simply not professional.
We make it super easy and affordable to get your own custom email address — just like mine, which is tim@stenoassist.com. Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to manage your new email address with your Gmail app, just as if it was your old Gmail address.
We also offer a professional landing page to show off your certifications or a full-blown website, depending on which will help you more. We will create a logo for you, if you don’t already have one.

PACKAGE A: The Professional Freelancer
For those not seeking clients of their own, but enjoy working for various reporting agencies
+ custom email address with 50 GB email storage (commonly formatted as yourfirstname@yourownstenobrand.com)
+ simple landing page that showcases your certifications and how to contact you (see mockup example at http://www.stenolady.com)
+ optional logo design (billed separately at checkout)
PRICE: $195 one-time setup fee and a low recurring $35/month hosting fee. (If you do not already have a domain name secured, you can purchase that as well during checkout for an additional $25.)

PACKAGE B: The Emerging Solo Firm
For those who want their own clients, or have already started acquiring them
+ includes everything in the Professional Freelancer Package
+ a fully-functional website, rather than a static landing page
+ optional logo design (billed separately at checkout)
PRICE: $799 initial setup fee and a low recurring $55/month hosting fee. (If you do not already have a domain name secured, you can purchase that as well during checkout for an additional $25.)
Your full website will be built using the template of your choice and will contain standard functionality (homepage, about-us page, products/services page, contact form page). Adding further functionality may incur additional cost. To order, please click on the “Order” button below to be charged the initial $799 set-up fee and monthly hosting fee. We will then reach out to you to initiate the creation of your full-scale website and custom email address.
PACKAGE C: Full-Service Agency Administration
Help for established independent reporting firms who are crushing it
+ calendar administration
+ production of transcripts and exhibits
+ invoicing law firms
+ paying contractors (reporters, videographers, etc)
DEPOSIT: $1,000 refundable deposit required to secure services.
Total costs for services may exceed 20% of your firm’s total revenue, depending on requested services.
